Apples to Applesauce


I met up with some sweet, jolly, red and green guys recently. They were calling out to me from their mountain at SPAR market. They were smiling and shiny. So I took them home. I gave them a bath and peeled them and took out the middle. Then they lay in my hot pot for about 30 until they were squishy. After a good strain and a whirly in my red oster-izer they were perfectly done! I sprinkled them with cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg too and gave them a spin~ my hubby thought I was a genius and we ate every drop! It's a middle east apple fest! I have two dinner parties this week~ I'm making more of this easy stuff!
