Air Show in Al Ain, UAE

These are some pictures from the Air Show in Al Ain. We had a great time watching the planes and the people! I even got more "henna" on my hands, as you can see from the picture. As I was talking to the young woman that drew on my hands, I found out that she is 27 years old has three adorable children and owns a beauty shop. She LOVES makeup and wants to come to the USA for the array of makeup we have. She was so cute and did my henna as a gift. So Bob loved the planes and all the cool cars, I loved mingling with the people! There was also the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi there with his 20+ security and people. He was all smiles, as he even tapped noses with a little Emirate boy and kissed the forehead of a little girl. The men come up to their friends and tap noses as a sign of friendship as they shake hands and hug. It's quite nice that they aren't afraid to show affection to their friends, something you don't see much of in the states. He is the one in his white dishdash (robe) and flowing head dress. The white's are exquisitely white... lots of bleach is sold in the UAE!
